Job summary

Marsh invites talented students to join the Risk Brokerage Summer Intern program, a 10-week experience starting June 2027. Interns work alongside senior advisors and brokers, gaining hands-on risk-management and insurance broking exposure across multiple office locations in a hybrid setting.

Eligible candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Liberal Arts, Finance, Risk Management and Insurance, or related fields, with graduation between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028.

Qualifications

• Graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Permanent work authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist with researching industry trends and market developments to inform discussions
• Collaborate with brokers and team members to support communication with clients and internal partners
• Support day-to-day projects while developing knowledge of insurance markets, client service, and risk management
• Participate in team meetings, client discussions, and learning opportunities in the insurance broking process
• Contribute to special projects and team initiatives throughout the internship
