The program emphasizes mentorship, learning, and networking, with a path to a full-time role for top performers. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days in the office.

Qualifikationen

• Graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Liberal Arts, Finance, Risk Management and Insurance, or another STEM-related or Business-related major
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with people from different backgrounds and perspectives
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future

Aufgaben

• Assist with researching industry trends, market developments, and other topics that may help inform client or team discussions
• Collaborate with brokers and other team members to support communication, coordination with clients and internal partners
• Support day‑to‑day projects and assignments while developing knowledge of insurance markets, client service, and risk management
• Participate in team meetings, client discussions, and other learning opportunities to gain exposure to the insurance broking process
• Contribute to special projects and team initiatives throughout the internship
