Marsh Agency offers a 2027 Summer Internship Program designed for students who want hands-on exposure across risk management, client service, operations and analytics. Interns work directly with multiple teams, gaining real-world resume-building experience and mentorship to grow professionally.

You'll participate in national and regional classes, collaborate on diverse projects, and help drive Marsh Agency’s client initiatives while developing valuable industry relationships.

Qualifications

• Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application and start date.
• All academic grades considered.
• Applicants must have legal work authorization in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Gain real world resume building experience through hands-on projects.
• Partner with teams on creative and diverse projects to develop Marsh Agency’s brand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support the department’s mission and vision.
• Provide support to directors, sales executives, and client relations staff for new business and retention.
