Marsh invites applicants to join the Risk Early Career Program Summer Internship in New York, starting June 2027. This 10-week hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with remote work, giving hands-on experience in risk management and insurance broking.

You will work with senior advisors, present a capstone, and may receive a full-time offer based on performance. The program emphasizes mentorship, learning opportunities, and exposure to senior leaders, preparing you for a career in insurance

Qualifikationen

• Graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring 2028
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Liberal Arts, Finance, Risk Management and Insurance, or another Business-related major
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills to collaborate effectively across teams and drive data-informed decision-making
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with people from different backgrounds
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)

Aufgaben

• Build relationships and develop understanding of Marsh’s ICG business with brokers and teams
• Develop fluency in Marsh and insurance products and operations
• Conduct research and analysis on client businesses, industry trends, and market developments
• Collaborate with brokers and teams to support communication with clients and carriers
• Support day-to-day internship projects while gaining knowledge of insurance markets and risk management
• Participate in team meetings, client discussions, and learning opportunities
• Contribute to special projects and team initiatives during the internship
