Job summary

HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is seeking a Risk Coordinator to support the Patient Safety/Risk Director in coordinating the facility-wide patient safety program, PSO compliance, disease-response initiatives, and service recovery.

You will lead facility-wide process-improvement projects to reduce medical errors and adverse patient outcomes, ensuring collaboration across departments and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• RN is required for the role.
• 3 years hospital experience is required.

Job Summary and Qualifications

The Coordinator assists the facility’s Patient Safety/Risk Director with coordination of the facility-wide patient safetyprogram, PSO compliance, disease-response initiatives, and Service Recovery. This role will coordinate processimprovement initiatives facility-wide in support of the reduction of medical/health care errors and other factors thatcontribute to unintended adverse patient outcomes.

What qualifications you will need:

• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
• CPPS, ASHRM, and/or CPHQ certification
• 3 years experience of hospital experience is required
