HCA Florida Orange Park Hospital is seeking a Risk Coordinator to support the Patient Safety/Risk Director in coordinating the facility-wide patient safety program, PSO compliance, disease-response initiatives, and service recovery.

You will lead facility-wide process-improvement projects to reduce medical errors and adverse patient outcomes, ensuring collaboration across departments and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• RN is required for the role.
• 3 years hospital experience is required.

Mansioni

• Assist the Patient Safety/Risk Director with coordination of the facility-wide patient safety program, PSO compliance, disease-response initiatives and service recovery.
• Coordinate facility-wide process-improvement initiatives to reduce medical/health care errors and adverse patient outcomes.
