Job summary

Toyota North America is seeking a Loan QA & Controls professional to lead first-line QA, compliance testing, and control activities across residential mortgage, consumer deposits, and commercial lending. The role reports to the QA & Controls Manager and involves collaboration with mortgage origination and servicing teams in a hybrid environment in Henderson, NV or Plano, TX.

Responsibilities include executing QA tests, monitoring compliance, and supporting FDICIA controls.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher is required.
• 3+ years of banking or lending experience.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables.
• Experience with Quality Control/Validations of bank products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute first-line QA/compliance testing for loan origination and servicing.
• Develop and implement process improvements to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with mortgage origination, servicing, and lending teams.
• Support audits and manage documentation for examinations.
