Job summary

The role emphasizes real-time QA, documentation for exams, and collaboration with mortgage and lending teams.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and 3+ years of banking or lending experience.
• Expertise in Excel with pivot tables.
• Experience with Quality Control/Validations of bank products.
• Compliance or audit certifications such as CRCM, CRVPM, CIA, CPA are a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and Archer.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-line QA testing for lending and related processes.
• Create enhancements to reduce operational and compliance risk.
• Provide documentation for state and federal examinations and remediation tracking.
• Develop and maintain QA reports and control evidence for stakeholders.
• Assist with FDICIA control testing and control inventories.
