Job summary

FCCI Insurance Group in Louisiana seeks a Risk Control Consultant to engage with policyholders and agents, perform workplace risk assessments, and help establish and maintain effective safety and risk control programs.

Based in Louisiana with Baton Rouge preferred, you will travel routinely across the territory, maintain files, and share guidance on regulations and best practices in loss control.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting risk assessments and advising on loss control.
• Ability to communicate safety recommendations to policyholders and agents.
• Experience developing and leading training programs.
• Strong knowledge of commercial loss control practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments and provide consultative services to support profitable commercial insurance within time and quality standards.
• Identify and communicate effective risk control recommendations including training programs.
• Assist policyholders in developing loss control programs with guidance and leadership.
• Maintain files on assigned accounts and follow action plans for profitable business.
• Inform stakeholders of new regulations pertinent to loss control management.
