Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety, engineering, industrial safety, fire protection related field or equivalent relevant experience
• Five years of experience in risk control or safety role, or related experience
• Certifications such as certified safety professional preferred

Responsibilities

• Completes on-site risk control surveys of policyholders’ operations
• Assesses and analyzes exposure potential and prepares risk control reports
• Provides consultation to policyholders regarding operations, claims trends, and recommendations
• Delivers advanced training and on-site loss control surveys
• Identifies accounts that would benefit from ongoing, routine service
• Travels as required; valid driver’s license per company standards
