Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in Word/Excel/Access, and preferred background in medical training or risk management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Access, and Excel.
• Medical training background preferred.
• Risk Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident reporting, tracking, and follow-up.
• Manage claims, subpoenas, legal correspondence, and related documentation.
• Serve as liaison between providers, legal counsel, and insurance carriers.
• Maintain and update policies and procedures.
• Monitor HIPAA compliance and maintain confidential records.
• Support audits, peer review activities, and quality initiatives.
• Coordinate ADA accommodation requests and processes.
• Prepare reports and maintain risk management databases.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
