Job summary

Riverside Medical Center is seeking a detail-oriented Risk Management Coordinator to coordinate incident reporting, claims management, and policy administration. You will serve as ADA Coordinator and liaise between physicians, legal counsel, and insurers, maintaining the database of policies to ensure regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating incident reporting, managing legal correspondence, monitoring HIPAA compliance, supporting audits, and maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel).
• Medical training background preferred.
• Risk management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incident reporting, tracking, and follow-up.
• Manage claims, subpoenas, legal correspondence, and related documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between providers, legal counsel, and insurance carriers.
• Maintain and update policies and procedures.
• Monitor HIPAA compliance and maintain confidential records.
• Support audits, peer review activities, and quality initiatives.
• Coordinate ADA accommodation requests and processes.
• Prepare reports and maintain risk management databases.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
