Riverside Healthcare seeks an Employee Relations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to the Employee Relations function. You will be the first contact for employees and leaders, handling inquiries, documentation, policy interpretation, and investigations with confidentiality and fairness.

The role reports to the Manager of Employee Relations in a Human Resources department, working Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with duties spanning case management, legal documentation

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources, with demonstrated involvement in employee relations work.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or similar degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as an initial point of contact for employees and leaders regarding Employee Relations policies, procedures, and processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders while applying an equity lens to ensure inclusivity and fairness.
• Primary intake of employee concerns, documentation of issues, and preparation of case files.
• Support the investigation process by scheduling interviews, preparing documentation, gathering evidence, and maintaining accurate records.
• Draft and maintain professional correspondence, reports, and summaries related to employee relations cases.
• Assist in preparing responses to internal/external legal complaints and coordinate documentation for outside counsel.
• Manage legal billing processes, including invoice tracking, coding, and reconciliation for employee relations matters.
