• Experience in customer relations, project management, accident response management, claims intakes and adjustments, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provides risk consulting in multiple business areas and guides to implementing solutions.
• Analyzes data, identifies risks and trends, and provides oversight during risk assessments, incidents, and audits.
• Supports collaboration between risk team members and partner groups to create an integrated risk experience.
• Executes challenge activities to elevate risk areas and ensure audit defensibility of documentation.
• Consults on issue/event analysis to observe trends and changes to business departments.
• Balances priorities to drive business value while managing risk management initiatives.
• Keeps current on regulatory changes and their impact on the business.
• Knowledge of functional reviews, root cause analysis, and operational risk analysis.
• Knowledge of risk solutions and their alignment with business initiatives.
• Problem-solving and communication to leadership.
