Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts is seeking an Operations Specialist to support administration, field operations, fleet management, DOT compliance, and safety at our Norfolk, VA office. The role emphasizes data input across platforms, reporting, and CRM usage to keep projects on track.

Experience in construction or a similar industry is preferred. A full-time onsite position includes health insurance, 401K, and company-provided laptop and phone, with occasional overtime during storms.

Qualifications

• Operations experience required; specifically, creating reporting, workflow, user management, and maintaining and expanding on the AMS software.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred or combination of education and experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with and resolve issues for Operations employees daily.
• Configure and customize resource loading of assets deployed in the field with input from officers.
• Create and maintain documentation and materials for users as new projects are developed and modified.
• Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, and monitor progress.
