Job summary

• Identifies opportunities to reduce total cost of risk and improve processes.
• Maintains high level of customer service with internal/external partners.
• Keeps logs of data and reports related to claims support.
• Triages claim calls, emails and mail for the department.
• Assists with general administrative duties for Risk Management.
