Job summary

Citi in Irving, TX is seeking an Audit, Exam, and Issue Management Leader to oversee issue lifecycle governance and remediation across USCC Risk and Wealth Risk. You will drive audit and exam readiness and craft responses to regulators, partnering with 1LOD and 2LOD teams.

The role requires senior leadership, strong communication skills, and a focus on reducing re-open risk through disciplined execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in financial services, including operational risk, controls, and internal audit.
• Deep expertise in Consumer Retail Credit Products and Wealth Management related products.
• Strong knowledge of Citi policies, standards, procedures, and control framework.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across all three lines of defense.

Responsibilities

• Lead issue management governance for USCC Risk and Wealth Risk segments.
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of audits, reviews, and regulatory interactions.
• Drive remediation quality, evidence, and closure readiness.
• Promote risk identification, governance, and lessons learned across teams.
• Lead a team of professionals ensuring high-quality execution and stakeholder coverage.
