Job summary

Citi is seeking a Lead Analyst in the US Consumer Cards (USCC) Business Control team to own end-to-end audit and regulatory examination management. You will be the central point of contact for internal auditors, regulators, and senior stakeholders, shaping governance across multiple business lines.

In this hybrid role, you will coordinate pre-audit readiness, manage requests, and track remediation through executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of progressive experience in operational risk, internal audit, or regulatory examination management.
• Strong knowledge of consumer credit card operations and related regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of internal audit reviews and regulatory examinations across USCC.
• Establish a pre-audit readiness program and organize documentation.
• Manage the flow of audit requests and ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Partner with business leaders to address audit observations.
• Perform root cause analyses and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Maintain dashboards tracking audit statuses and escalation risks.
• Map findings to Managers Control Assessment framework.
• Analyze remediation trends and develop corrective action plans.
