Job summary

BDO USA seeks Senior Manager, Risk Advisory Services to manage and deliver high-value solutions analyzing system security, access controls, and SOX engagements. The role oversees internal audits, from planning to reporting, and develops client relationships.

You will lead a team, coordinate with partners, travel up to 30%, and help grow the practice with thought leadership and market expansion. Requires 10+ years in risk/IT audit and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or Business Intelligence required.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• CIA, CPA, CISA certifications required.
• 10+ years in risk, internal audit, or SOX readiness roles at firms or FG/public company.
• Experience with audits and control testing across industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees documentation and testing of application controls across diverse packages.
• Leads client engagements and manages engagement budgets and outcomes.
• Mentors Managers, Senior Associates and staff throughout engagements.
• Develops risk-based internal audit plans and communications with client management.
