The opportunity

EY is investing heavily in AI & Data. As a Risk AI & Analytics Senior Manager, you will help clients leverage AI at scale, focusing on risk consulting. You will work with various clients to deliver data science and big data solutions, designing scalable solutions to derive insights from diverse data sources, with a deep understanding of audit, controls, and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leading teams to define, develop, and operationalize AI strategies at scale, focusing on risk consulting.
• Developing and executing comprehensive AI strategies aligned with client goals.
• Leading AI engineers and data scientists in delivering modern AI solutions.
• Staying updated on AI trends and providing guidance on ModelOps tools and solutions.
• Applying business and technical knowledge to develop AI architecture and monitoring solutions.
• Collaborating with diverse teams to implement AI solutions within client ecosystems.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends, technological innovations, and AI regulations worldwide.
• Understanding clients’ data, AI, and technology landscapes and priorities.
• Fostering teamwork and managing large-scale client engagements effectively.
• Building relationships with client personnel and delivering quality services.
• Influencing and building consensus through effective communication.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MS degree in Business, Economics, Technology, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• Experience with internal audit, controls, compliance, and business processes.
• 8-10+ years of professional consulting experience.
• 3-5+ years managing technical or consulting teams.
• Experience with Generative AI models and frameworks (OpenAI, LLMs, DALL-E, Langchain, RAG).
• Proficiency with ML packages (scikit-learn, Pytorch, ONNX).
• Experience with DevOps tools (GIT, Azure DevOps) and Agile methodologies (Jira).
• Strong understanding of ML workflows, including data ingestion, analysis, and prediction.
• Experience with MLOps platforms like MLFlow.
• Strong Python skills and experience with CI / CD and containerization.
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software engineering best practices.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale data science and AI projects.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, privacy, and data protection regulations.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum, design thinking, and certifications (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, NVIDIA, Snowflake).
• Advanced degrees (Master’s or PhD) in relevant fields.
• Skills in additional programming languages (R, Java, C++).
• Experience with fine-tuning Generative AI models.
