The Opportunity

EY is investing heavily in its AI & Data practice. As a Risk AI & Analytics Senior Manager, you will help clients leverage AI at scale to improve business outcomes, focusing on risk consulting. You will work with diverse clients to deliver advanced data science and big data solutions, designing scalable systems that integrate varied data sources across different platforms. Your role involves navigating complex data science, analytics, and software engineering landscapes, with a deep understanding of audit, controls, and compliance. Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams working with clients to define, develop, and operationalize AI strategies at scale, particularly in risk consulting.
• Develop and implement comprehensive AI strategies aligned with client goals.
• Manage teams of AI engineers and data scientists delivering modern ML and AI solutions.
• Stay updated on AI technology trends, providing guidance on ModelOps tools and solutions.
• Apply business and technical knowledge to develop ModelOps architectures for AI deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to implement solutions within client ecosystems.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, technological innovations, and AI regulations globally.
• Understand clients’ data, AI, and technology landscapes and their business priorities.
• Foster strong team collaboration, including in hybrid work models.
• Engage in large-scale client projects, building relationships and ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Influence and build consensus through effective communication.
• Incorporate data-driven decision-making to solve problems.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MS degree in Business, Economics, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience with internal audit, controls, compliance, and business processes.
• 8-10+ years of professional consulting experience.
• 3-5+ years managing technical or consulting teams.
• Experience managing Generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LLMs, Dall-e, Langchain, RAG).
• Proficiency with ML packages (scikit-learn, Pytorch, ONNX) and DevOps tools (GIT, Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Deep understanding of ML workflows, MLOps platforms (e.g., MLFlow), and cloud deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with CI/CD, containerization, and scaling models.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large transformation projects involving data science, AI, and cloud applications.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, privacy, and data protection standards.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, design thinking, and relevant certifications (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, NVIDIA, Snowflake).
• Advanced degrees in relevant fields and skills in languages beyond Python (R, JavaScript, Java, C++).
• Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models.
