The Opportunity

As a Risk AI & Analytics Senior Manager, you will help clients leverage AI at scale to achieve better business outcomes, focusing on risk consulting. You will work with diverse clients to deliver advanced data science and big data solutions, designing scalable systems that unify and analyze various data sources. Your role involves navigating the complex landscape of data science, analytics, software engineering, internal audit, internal controls, and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams working with clients to define, develop, and operationalize AI strategies at scale, especially in risk consulting.
• Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies aligned with client goals.
• Manage teams of AI engineers and data scientists delivering ML and AI solutions.
• Stay updated on AI trends and guide ModelOps tools and solutions integration.
• Apply business and technical knowledge to develop ModelOps architectures for AI deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to implement AI solutions within client ecosystems.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, technological innovations, and AI regulations worldwide.
• Understand clients' data, AI, and technology landscapes and business priorities.
• Work effectively in hybrid teams, fostering relationships and delivering quality services within deadlines and budgets.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MS degree in Business, Economics, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
• Experience with internal audit, controls, compliance, and business processes.
• 8-10+ years in consulting or related roles, with 3-5+ years managing technical teams.
• Experience with Generative AI models and frameworks (OpenAI, LLMs, Dall-e, Langchain, RAG).
• Proficiency with ML packages (scikit-learn, Pytorch, ONNX), DevOps tools (GIT, Azure DevOps), and Agile methodologies.
• Strong Python skills, experience with ML workflows, cloud deployment, containerization, and scaling models.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale data science and AI projects, familiarity with AI ethics, privacy, and data protection standards.
• Certifications (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, NVIDIA, Snowflake) in Data & AI.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages (R, Java, C++, JavaScript).
• Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models.
