The opportunity

As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver complex processes and solutions with a focus on quality and risk management. You will face challenges that require innovative problem-solving and analytical skills, helping you grow your expertise in technology analysis and implementation. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships daily.
• Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including one with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Materials Management Module, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Invoice Processing.
• Cross-functional knowledge (Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, Accounts Payable) is a plus.
• Experience leading Procure to Pay workstreams, conducting solution design workshops, and establishing proofs of concept.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60+%.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP Certifications.
• Experience with 5+ full lifecycle SAP implementations focusing on Procure to Pay, including SAP S/4HANA.
