The opportunity

EY is investing heavily in its AI & Data practice. As a Risk AI & Analytics Senior Manager, you will help clients leverage AI at scale to improve business outcomes, focusing on risk consulting. You will work with a wide range of clients to implement data science and big data solutions, designing scalable systems that integrate varied data sources and support internal audit, controls, and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead teams in defining, developing, and operationalizing AI strategies at scale for clients, with a focus on risk consulting.
• Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies aligned with client goals.
• Manage teams of AI engineers and data scientists delivering ML and AI solutions.
• Stay updated on AI trends and advise on ModelOps tools and solutions.
• Design and implement ModelOps architectures for AI deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate AI solutions into client ecosystems.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological innovations.
• Understand clients’ data, AI, and technology landscapes and align solutions accordingly.
• Build strong relationships with clients and deliver high-quality services on time and within budget.
• Influence and build consensus with stakeholders through effective communication.
• Address problems by incorporating data-driven decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MS degree in Business, Economics, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
• Experience with internal audit, controls, compliance, and business processes.
• 8-10+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology.
• 3-5+ years managing technical or consulting teams.
• Experience with Generative AI models and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, LLMs, Dall-e, Langchain, RAG).
• Proficiency with ML packages like scikit-learn, Pytorch, ONNX.
• Experience with DevOps tools (GIT, Azure DevOps) and Agile methodologies (Jira).
• Strong understanding of ML workflows, MLOps platforms, and cloud deployment.
• Skills in Python, SQL, Pandas, Spark, containerization, and scaling models.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership in data science, AI, or cloud transformation projects.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, privacy, and data protection regulations.
• Certifications in Data & AI domains (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, NVIDIA, Snowflake).
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Skills in languages beyond Python (R, JavaScript, Java, C++, C).
• Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models.
