Our AI & Data practice is investing heavily in this high-growth area. You will help clients leverage Physical AI and robotics to meet strategic goals by designing and building scalable solutions that integrate varied data sources across multiple platforms. Your role involves consulting on the engineering and maintenance of physical AI solutions to support ongoing business needs.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Enhancing data pipelines and storage for accuracy and optimization.
• Monitoring and improving high-performance models.
• Collaborating with data and analytics teams to industrialize analysis into actionable insights.

Your Leadership Role:

• Managing complex projects and client relationships.
• Leading teams to define, develop, and operationalize physical AI strategies at scale.
• Driving program and project management, resource planning, and budgeting.

Skills & Attributes:

• Developing and executing comprehensive physical AI strategies.
• Leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers and data scientists.
• Staying updated on physical AI technologies, including robotic platforms, sensing, and software tools.
• Applying technical and business knowledge to develop scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality services.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred, in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, etc.
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience, including 3-5+ years managing technical or consulting teams.
• Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, and related tools (e.g., NVIDIA Omniverse, ROS, Unity).
• Strong skills in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Python, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client engagement skills.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Experience leading digital transformation projects, knowledge of AI ethics and regulations.
• Certifications in Data & AI domains (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA).
• Leadership experience managing teams and driving innovation.
