About the Role

You will be at the forefront of AI innovation, designing and implementing scalable AI systems, enhancing data pipelines, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful solutions. Your responsibilities include managing complex projects, leading teams, and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
2. Oversee program and project management, including budgets and resource planning.
3. Drive the development and operationalization of physical AI strategies at scale.
4. Research, build, and implement scalable AI systems tailored to client needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, etc.
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience, including 3-5+ years managing technical teams.
• Extensive experience with robotics, autonomous systems, and AI technologies.
• Proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Python, cloud platforms, and data manipulation tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading large-scale transformation projects and familiarity with AI ethics and regulatory standards.
• Certifications in Data & AI domains (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, NVIDIA).
• Leadership experience managing diverse teams and driving innovation.

What We Offer
