Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program; CPA, CIA, or equivalent designation required.
• Twelve (12)+ years of experience with risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering, and/or internal controls, with internal audit experience in energy, technology, real estate, or healthcare preferred.
• Seven (7)+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Strong track record of new business development and building a Risk Advisory practice.
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and strategic direction with a focus on exceptional client service and growth.
• Translate firm vision into an actionable business plan with clear objectives and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop sales plans and pursue new clients and service expansions.
• Coordinate resources to deliver high-quality risk advisory services and ensure profitability.
• Lead client engagements, review work papers and deliver executive-level reporting.
• Act as a trusted advisor and communicate effectively with client executives.
