You will interact with client executives to identify risks, craft strategies, and deliver actionable recommendations to strengthen controls and performance.

The role requires a CPA/CIA, 10+ years in risk advisory/audit, and strong leadership with a proven track record of growing client bases and revenue. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, or related program.
• CPA, CIA, or equivalent designation(s) required.
• 10+ years experience with risk advisory, internal/external audit, business process reengineering, and/or internal controls; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years supervisory experience mentoring and counseling associates.
• Proven track record of building and growing a Risk Advisory practice, including building a team, a client base and managing revenue.
• Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction with focus on exceptional client service.
• Translate firm vision and strategy into an actionable business plan; set objectives and monitor progress.
• Develop sales and marketing plans; pursue expansion of services and new clients.
• Coordinate firm resources to ensure best products and services for clients.
• Oversee profitability; ensure appropriate utilization and timely fee collection.
• Interact with client executives to understand businesses and manage financial/operational risks.
• Lead presentations to internal and external audiences.
