Position Summary:
This role serves as an expert resource in clinical and educational settings, providing staff and leadership development consulting, and acting as a Utilization Management content expert for staff, leaders, physicians, and customers within ePH Utilization Management.
The incumbent will assist in designing and implementing onboarding programs for new staff and leaders, ensuring they understand Dignity Health processes, regulatory requirements, and their roles. This includes training on essential clinical applications and job functions.
The position requires proficiency in using technology to deliver education both in person and remotely, and involves assessing, designing, and implementing educational programs that support professional development, patient-centered care, and Utilization Management initiatives across the care continuum.
Educational programs aim to enhance patient experience, reduce readmissions and unnecessary ED visits, and optimize resource utilization, ensuring an empowered workforce, effective care planning, and improved outcomes.
The role involves developing training materials in various formats for diverse end users, coordinating with departments to align training with workflow, standards, policies, and strategic initiatives.
