Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of supervisory experience, or completion of Walgreens Community Internship Program.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, professional ethics and strong business acumen.
• Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and designated hitters; manage front end and pharmacy operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and discipline team members; develop performance plans.
• Analyze financial data and KPIs; drive store improvements and sales opportunities.
• Coordinate scheduling, time records, and store coverage.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and store safety.
• Support store management in community outreach and external partnerships.
