Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Manager-level leader to oversee customer service, front-end operations, and the pharmacy and retail store performance. You will partner with the Store Manager to implement business strategies and maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing team members, scheduling, merchandising, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with all policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or completion of Walgreens Community Internship; two years in a supervisory role if lacking a degree.
• Fluent in English with strong leadership, communication and business acumen.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends; potential relocation for promotion.
• Store Manager training (LEAP) or Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks of start date.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train teams, manage front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and discipline staff; manage performance.
• Analyze financial and performance data; drive store improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
