Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record; all majors welcome.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Completion of Store Manager training or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end operations; supports store manager in overall operation.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline of team members.
• Manages store assets, cash handling, inventory, pricing and merchandising; ensures compliance with policies and laws.
• Drives customer experience by coaching staff, resolving complaints and improving service metrics.
