Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Operations Leader to supervise customer service staff and manage the front end, pharmacy and retail store operations. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily performance and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or Walgreens internship; or HS diploma with two years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong ethics, motivation and communication skills.
• Completion of Store Manager training (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and front-end/store operations.
• Supports Store Manager to achieve company deliverables and oversees scheduling and time records.
• Leads recruitment, coaching, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
• Monitors customer service, coaches staff, and resolves complaints to improve loyalty.
• Oversees inventory (front end and pharmacy), pricing changes, and SOP adherence.
• Analyzes financial data and KPIs to drive store performance and opportunities.
