Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Executive Store Manager to supervise customer service and front-end operations, while supporting the Pharmacy and Retail Store performance. You will lead team members, recruit, coach, and ensure adherence to company policies, inventory and safety standards.

The role involves coordinating with Store Manager and District Manager and may require relocation to a different store location.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership abilities, professional ethics, self-motivation and strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coach and mentor diverse teams.
• Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English is required (except in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end operations to meet store objectives.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
• Assist Store Manager with overall store operations and scheduling.
