Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a solid academic record or completed Walgreens Community Internship Program.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with strong ethics, motivation and communication.
• Completion of Store Manager training LEAP or Walgreens Leadership Essentials if placed in ESM role.
• Fluency in English (reading/writing/speaking) required; flexible scheduling willingness.

• Supervise customer service associates and front-end/operations for store success.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Manage store operations, including scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and compliance with laws.
