• Leads operations, scheduling, store safety, merchandising, assets protection, and profitability.
• Manages recruitment, hiring, performance management and discipline for direct reports.
• Partners with external stakeholders to advance store initiatives and community outreach.
• Analyzes data to drive store growth, efficiency, and corrective actions; supports pharmacy operations as needed.
• Ensures adherence to policies, laws, and safety standards across front-end and pharmacy.
