Job summary

Walgreens is seeking an experienced Store Leader to supervise customer service associates and manage the front end of the store and pharmacy operations. You will support the Store Manager, oversee scheduling, merchandising, and store protection of assets, and lead a diverse team to achieve company deliverables.

You will drive customer satisfaction, coach teams, manage performance, and ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience overseeing front-end and pharmacy operations is a plus
• Ability to train, coach and discipline team members
