Job summary

PMI U.S. is seeking an Early Careers Territory Sales Manager for the Eastern Region. You will own a business territory, partner with retail customers, and analyze sales data to drive growth, gaining hands-on business experience from day one.

You will learn about consumer products in the marketplace while building skills in sales, relationship management, negotiation, business analytics, and strategic planning. Location: Eastern U.S. region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or expected prior to start date.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with up to two years of professional experience are encouraged to apply.
• Interest in sales, business development, account management, consumer goods, retail operations, or commercial leadership.
• Leadership experience through internships, campus organizations, athletics, military service, volunteer work, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple responsibilities, and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with retail partners and become a trusted business advisor.
• Support sales growth and execution within your assigned territory.
• Use sales and market data to identify opportunities and develop action plans.
• Present business recommendations and fact-based insights to customers.
• Execute merchandising, promotional, and visibility initiatives.

• Ensure product availability, freshness, and in-store execution standards.
• Manage territory administration, reporting, expenses, and point-of-sale materials.
