Job summary

Summit Line Construction seeks a Junior Scheduler to support project controls across transmission, distribution, substation, and renewable energy projects in the Western U.S. You will help build and maintain CPM schedules that mirror field conditions and contractual obligations.

Working under the Project Controls Manager, you will update schedules, perform variance analysis, and assist in delay analyses to keep projects on track. Hybrid role with extensive site visits possible.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in construction project controls, scheduling, or a comparable support role.
• Degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in project controls or scheduling.
• Basic CPM scheduling knowledge and schedule logic concepts.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 training or hands-on use.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules reflecting field conditions and contractual obligations.
• Update schedules weekly and monthly; model field workflows and milestones.
• Create resource-loaded schedules aligning crews with milestones and labor hours.
• Prepare delay analyses, TIAs, and schedule recovery plans under supervision.
• Collaborate with project managers, field leaders, and procurement for data accuracy.
