Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking a Junior Scheduler to support project controls across transmission, distribution, substation, and renewable energy projects in the Western United States. You will build, maintain, and analyze CPM schedules reflecting field conditions and contractual obligations, under the direction of the Project Controls Manager.

Expect detailed, deadline-driven work with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction project controls
• 1–3 years in scheduling or a similar controls role
• Basic working knowledge of CPM scheduling and logic
• Foundational knowledge of Primavera P6 or completion of Summit Line Primavera P6 training
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to analyze data with large datasets

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for transmission, distribution, substation, and renewable projects
• Update schedules weekly/monthly reflecting progress and revised look-ahead windows
• Create resource-loaded schedules aligning crews with milestones and labor hours
• Produce schedule narratives and variance reports for reviews and submittals
• Support schedule recovery plans and time impact analyses under supervision
