Job summary

Summit Line Construction, a Quanta Services company, is seeking a Junior Scheduler to support project controls across transmission, distribution, substation, and renewable energy projects in the Western U.S. This role partners with project managers and field leaders to reflect real field conditions in CPM schedules.

Based in Heber City, Utah with hybrid flexibility, you will build, maintain, and analyze schedules, ensuring contractual obligations are met and performance trends are clearly

Qualifications

• CPM scheduling knowledge and schedule logic concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Strong attention to detail with multi-deadline management.
• Effective written and verbal communication; work with field personnel and clients.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across the Western U.S. up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project baseline schedules using CPM logic for transmission, distribution, substations, and renewables.
• Monitor progress, update schedules weekly/monthly, and produce variance and look-ahead reports.
• Collaborate with project managers, field superintendents, and procurement to reflect field realities in schedules.
• Assist in delay analyses, TIAs, and schedule recovery plans under Project Controls leadership.
