The Buckle, Inc. in Ames, IA is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to help create an exceptional shopping experience.

The role includes sales, merchandising, and daily store operations, working with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit teammates and develop sales. You will lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and store presentation, manage guest requests, and support training and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or related retail experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Strong guest service and sales presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with merchandise selection and locating items.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Lead by example with high showmanship and customer focus; support leadership when managers are away.
