Job summary

Bella Investment Group is seeking an Associate Regional Manager to develop into a Regional Manager within 6 to 12 months. The role emphasizes property stabilization, occupancy growth, and operational excellence across a growing portfolio.

You will lead on-site teams, mentor property managers, and collaborate with senior leadership to execute property-specific action plans that improve financial performance and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-family property management with proven success improving property performance.
• Ideal candidate would have confidence in marketing strategy and lease-up stabilization.
• Five years of leadership experience with measurable financial results and team development.
• Multi-site oversight strongly preferred or management of over 500 units.
• Arizona Real Estate Salesperson License preferred (or must be obtained within the first 30 days).
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and strong analytical capability.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
• 40 hours per week; weekends available for staffing needs and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational assessment, stabilization, and performance improvement of assigned properties, starting with the largest community.
• Partner with on-site teams to evaluate operations, identify opportunities, and implement best practices for occupancy growth.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and hands-on support to property managers and site teams.
