Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and direct all regional operations across a multi-state portfolio. You will manage a team of Community Managers to ensure strong financial results, high-quality service delivery, and superior resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes budgeting, forecasting, staff development, and market analysis, with travel across FL and GA to supervise properties and drive performance.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience.
• Sales and marketing expertise including training, goal setting, and market analysis.
• Proven leadership in recruiting, coaching, and performance management.
• Must be able to travel across FL and GA states.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across a multi-state portfolio.
• Hire, train, develop, coach, and supervise Community Managers.
• Oversee budgeting, income, expense, and leasing goals.
• Develop marketing strategies for lease-ups and review performance.
• Conduct market evaluations for pricing and rent positioning.
• Collaborate with Construction Services for capital projects.
• Travel regularly to Jacksonville, Melbourne, and Atlanta sites.
