Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an Associate Regional Manager in Arizona to lead property operations, stabilize performance, and mentor on-site teams.

This developmental role aims to prepare you for advancement to a Regional Manager position within 6–12 months through structured training, mentorship, and progressive portfolio responsibility. You will drive occupancy growth, optimize financial performance, and partner with senior leadership to develop regional strategies while overseeing a growing property

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in multi-family property management.
• Demonstrated leadership with measurable financial results.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites or 500+ units.
• Arizona Real Estate Salesperson license preferred (or within 30 days).
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to adapt to large-scale organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational assessment and stabilization of assigned properties.
• Partner with on-site teams to improve operations and occupancy.
• Coach and mentor property managers to raise performance.
• Develop property-specific action plans to increase occupancy and financials.
• Collaborate with leadership on regional strategies and readiness.
• Oversee transition of up to 12 properties with strong results.
• Monitor metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions.
