Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Jr. Manager to assist in property management activities in Miami Beach. You will learn lease administration, income/expense management, facilities management, and tenant relations while supporting the Community Association Manager.

The role requires 2 years of on-site management experience, a business-related degree, and CAM certification is preferred. Strong customer service and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience as an on-site manager in property or building operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for Community Association Management (CAM) preferred.
• Strong customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex procedures and leases.
• Strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing properties per company policies and standards.
• Track and respond to tenant service requests and inspections.
• Develop tenant relations programs and maintain communications with tenants.
• Coordinate insurance requirements with vendors and prepare manuals and procedures for tenants.
• Assist in monthly reports, operating budgets, and capital trackers.
• Support the Community Association Manager and build industry relationships.
• Maintain safety and be on-call 24/7 as needed.
