Qualifications

• Ideally 2+ years of roofing or waterproofing experience in assistant project management or related technical roles.
• Ability to read drawings and understand project details and construction sequencing.
• Strong organization with attention to material requirements and lead times.
• Confident communication with clients, field teams, manufacturers and suppliers.
• Proactive, accountable and willing to learn.
• In-office work in Queens and attendance at local project sites.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of roofing and waterproofing projects from estimating handoff into execution across the New York metro area.
• Coordinate submittals and project paperwork, review drawings, track material orders and lead times, and support site walkthroughs.
• Maintain clear communication between office and field teams; engage with clients, manufacturers and suppliers to build relationships.
