Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing, building envelope, waterproofing, or related construction sectors.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
• Track project schedules, budgets, procurement, and material deliveries.
• Support change order pricing, contract administration, and cost control efforts.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Assist with invoicing, forecasting, and project financial reporting.
• Participate in project turnover, punch list completion, and warranty closeout.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
