You’ll take ownership of roofing and waterproofing projects from estimating handoff through closeout, working from the Maspeth office and attending sites across the New York metro area.
You’ll manage budgets and schedules, oversee submittals and procurement, track material lead times, control change orders and coordinate with field leadership to keep delivery on track. You’ll identify issues early and maintain clear communication around costs, progress and project requirements.
The role also carries direct responsibility for client, general contractor, manufacturer and supplier relationships, helping ensure work meets specifications, quality expectations and agreed timelines.
