Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of commercial roofing experience.
• Experience leading ground-up/new construction roofing projects in NYC.
• Strong project management and budgeting skills.
• Ability to coordinate with GCs, developers, and trades.
• Understanding of union labor environments and site logistics in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple ground-up commercial roofing projects across NYC.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and overall P&L responsibility.
• Coordinate with general contractors, developers, and consultants.
• Lead procurement of roofing materials (TPO, PVC, EPDM, SBS).
• Manage subcontractors and union crews to meet timelines.
• Ensure compliance with NYC DOB regulations and safety standards.
• Drive project scheduling in line with broader construction timelines.
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation.
